Understanding the new employee/employer dynamic

2022 Spring Directors Roundtable

Virtual and in-person options

Date: June 16, 2022

Time: 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. (EDT)

Join us for the 2022 Spring Directors Roundtable as we explore the tectonic shift in the employee/employer dynamic and the implications for board oversight.

We are offering both virtual and in-person attendance options.  A full list of in-person sessions and the registration links are listed below.

Understanding the employee/employer “reset” that’s well underway—accelerated by the pandemic and America’s racial reckoning, and evident in the Great Resignation—is one of the top challenges facing companies today. To that end, we’ll look at the factors driving employees’ needs and expectations—from personal well-being and work-life balance to alignment with the company’ s purpose—and key questions facing business leaders and boards:

  • Is the new employee mindset here to stay?
  • Why and how should boards deepen their understanding of the employee experience?
  • What are the challenges and opportunities posed by employee activism?
  •  How is the new dynamic impacting corporate recruiting and talent retention strategies?
